Sometimes things don’t work out with your order. We are happy to accept your returned order providing it meets these criteria:
A) All items are in a new and sealed state or the product is defective or damaged
B) You acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) via email at
firstname.lastname@example.org before sending items
C) Returned product is shipped to return address below within 14 days from purchase date
with a note containing reason for return and RMA#
Unfortunately we cannot pay for return shipping. All items that meet our criteria will be credited in full minus the cost of shipping and handling charge within 10 days of receiving returned item. There may be an additional 72 hour processing delay due to your card-issuing bank. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

Incorrect Addresses, Undeliverable Addresses, and Unclaimed Packages
Returned orders due to an incorrect address, an undeliverable address, or because of an unclaimed package, you will be required to pay for shipping the order again. If you choose to decline your order reshipped, you will be credited for the order amount within 10 business days, minus the shipping cost. International customers, be aware it is your responsibility to claim your package once you’ve been notified of its arrival.
